As in previous years, we will keep our table rental fee the same for both shows in the same year.  We have the standard 30" x 96" rectangular tables, and we now offer 60" circular tables at a slightly lower cost.

How do we limit the number of tables you can reserve???.   If you need more, please contact our show coordinators to discuss your needs.

The doors open at 7:00 a.m. for vendor set-up.  Our show starts at 9:00 a.m. when we open the doors to the public.  Let us know if you must have more than 2 hours of set-up time, and we will try to accommodate you.

We accept checks and cash as payment.  If you wish, you can pre-pay by check; you can mail a check to us with a copy of the reservation e-mail we sent to you; make the check payable to ?????.   Our address is on the reservation e-mail and on our Contact Us page.  Please do not send cash in the mail; bring it to us on the day of the show.
